Order Return & Warranty

Our goal is to make sure you have a great experience with HYDRAGUN and your new purchase. However, if in any case, you are not satisfied with your Hydragun.com purchase for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product.  Any returns after this period will not be accepted. In addition, please note the following:

  • The return label or return address will be provided by our Customer Care Team during the return process.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories, and documentation that were included when you first received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from our Official Sites and Partners can be returned to us.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the returned product is working and all parts are present. If you have opened the package and found that the item is not working/has missing parts, do let us know.

How do I initiate a return?
For orders placed in Singapore/Australia/United States/United Kingdom/Canada:

  1. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@hydragun.com to initiate the return and kindly provide them with your order number.
  2. Note that the arrangements that will be made by us once we receive your return request, and will differ according to country:

- For Singapore returns, we will arrange for Aramex to pick up the returned unit.

- For Australia returns, we will provide you with a return label which you will need to kindly drop off with the returned unit at your nearest Australia Post location.

- For United States returns, we will provide you with a return label which you will need to kindly drop off with the returned unit at your nearest USPS/UPS location.

- For United Kingdom returns, we will provide you with a return label which you will need to kindly drop off with the returned unit at your nearest Fedex location.

- For Canada Returns, we will provide you with a return label which you will need to kindly drop off with the returned unit at your nearest Canada Post location.

- For South Korea Returns, the marketplace where you purchased the Hydragun will help you settle your return.

- For the rest of the world/Hong Kong returns, please contact our Customer Happiness Support Team at support@hydragun.com. Our team will then provide you with the return address once we receive your request. Please note that HYDRAGUN does not cover shipping costs for International and Hong Kong orders. 

  1. Our warehouse will then inform us that they have received the returned unit and will take 1-2 business days to process the return.
  2. We will then initiate your full refund. Do take note that refunds might take 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method you used.

Hydragun Massage Gun Warranty
If within 1.5 years (18 months) from the date of purchase the Hydragun fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, HYDRAGUN Pte. Ltd. will repair or replace the product or necessary components free of charge.

Only purchases from our official website and partners are automatically registered. For non-website purchases, visit here to register your warranty.

To send your product in for warranty replacement or repairs, contact our Customer Care Team for instructions along with your Order Number and video documentation explaining the defect.

Our warranty excludes:
(a) physical damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
(b) if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties;
(c) units not used according to HYDRAGUN care instructions;
(d) damage exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the customer’s premises;
(f) failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and
(g) products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
