What are these rubber rings for?
These rubber rings are found on every attachment head. They help to ensure that attachment heads fit securely onto the massage gun and reduce noise during the massage.

How do I know when and if they need to be replaced?
Based on our experience, the period of change depends on how frequently you use your massage heads, However, it will usually take a long time before you need to replace them. Switch out the rubber rings when the attachment heads start to fit loosely on the massage gun.

How do I replace it?
To replace it, use a flat-bladed screwdriver or a butter knife (don't use anything sharp). Slide the screwdriver underneath the rubber ring, stretch it out, and push it up using your fingers.
