Order Return

Our goal is to make sure you have a great experience with HYDRAGUN and your new purchase. However, if in any case, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product.  Any returns after this period will not be accepted. In addition, please note the following:

• The return label or return address will be provided by our Customer Care Team during the return process.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the original cords, accessories, and documentation that were included when you first received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from our Official Sites can be returned to us.
• HYDRAGUN branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance to their respective returns and refunds policy. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to HYDRAGUN's Warranty policy.

How do I initiate a return?
For orders placed in Singapore/Australia/New Zealand/United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Malaysia/Hong Kong/South Korea:

1. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@hydragun.com to initiate the return and kindly provide them with your order number.
2. Note that arrangements will be made by us once we receive your return request, and will differ according to country:

- For Singapore returns, we will arrange for Aramex to pick up the unit being returned.
- For Malaysia returns, we will arrange for a driver to pick up the unit being returned.
- For South Korea returns, the marketplace where you purchased HYDRAGUN products will help you settle your return.
- We will provide you with a return label which you will need to print and stick it on the box, then drop off at the nearest office of the designated carrier. This is applicable for Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Hong Kong returns.
- For the rest of the world, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@hydragun.com. Our team will then provide you with the return address once we receive your request. Please note that HYDRAGUN does not cover shipping costs for International orders. 

3. Our warehouse will then inform us that they have received the returned unit and will take 1-2 business days to process the return.
4. We will then initiate your full refund. Do take note that refunds might take 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
