Follow this step-by-step guidance on how to properly maintain, take down or store your Supertub.

If you purchased your Supertub before January 2025, please follow the setup and maintenance instructions listed here instead.

1. Check the water flow rate
2. Clean the water strainer (as needed)
3. Change the water filter (as needed)
4. Change the water (once a month)
5. Descale the Permafrost™ chiller (twice a year)
6. Clean the Permafrost™ chiller (twice a year)

Takedown and storage
1. Drain your Supertub
2. Disassemble your Supertub
